Andrew Taylor Still

Andrew Taylor Still, MD, DO (August 6, 1828 – December 12, 1917) was the founder of osteopathy and osteopathic medicine. He was also a physician and surgeon, author, inventor and Kansas territorial and state legislator. He was one of the founders of Baker University, the oldest four-year college in the state of Kansas, and was the founder of the American School of Osteopathy (now A.T. Still University), the world's first osteopathic medical school, in Kirksville, Missouri.

Stanislav Vinnikov is one of the most educated and experienced Osteopathic Manual Practitioners in Toronto. Stanislav Vinnikov is one of the most educated and experienced Osteopathic Manual Practitioners in Toronto. His solid medical background and unique set of skills allow him to address his patients’ needs with the most effective and efficient treatments.

Stanislav Vinnikov, obtained a MD degree in 1992 in Europe and worked as an Anesthesiologist and ICU Attendant Physician until immigrating to Canada in 2006.  Drawing on his profound knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology, he became a Registered Acupuncturist in 2009. In 2010 he received training in Osteopathy in Europe and then in Canada and the USA. In 2013 Stanislav obtained a Diploma in Osteopathy from the London College of Osteopathy (Ontario) and became an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.

Stanislav is an active member of the Ontario Osteopathic and Alternative Medicine Association as well as the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario.

Nadiia Kopersak - Osteopath

Nadiia Kopersak is an experienced Manual Osteopath with a medical background from Ukraine. After receiving her certification from the Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy in 2022 and becoming licensed to practice in Ontario, she has been devoted to the practice of Osteopathy for many years. Her deep-rooted commitment to the practice began while she was still in Ukraine. Nadiia graduated from the National Medical University of Ukraine in 1999, was awarded a Certificate of Specialization in Therapy in 2000 and remained a doctor in her country for 16 years.

Nadiia is an experienced Manual Osteopath with a medical background from Ukraine. After receiving her certification from the Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy in 2022 and becoming licensed to practice in Ontario, she has been devoted to the practice of Osteopathy for many years. Her deep-rooted commitment to the practice began while she was still in Ukraine. When treating patients, Nadiia employs the basic principle of Osteopathy, that of the body existing as a unit, to create treatment plans that draw on her diverse medical knowledge yet are tailored to the individual. Through Osteopathy, she is able to seek out issues with the musculoskeletal system, internal organs, and even behavioral problems in children such as ADHD syndrome. She has expertise in targeting all systems of the body, including lymphatic, nervous systems and cranial structures, in order to bring about holistic healing.

Anastasia Efimkina - Registered Massage Therapist

Anastasia is a dedicated and qualified Registered Massage Therapist, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist. She has experience treating people with diverse health conditions such as but not limited to muscle sprains, tendonitis, bursitis, chronic back and neck pain, headaches, pregnancy, lymphedema and post-cosmetic/plastic surgery patients. Anastasia studied Massage Therapy with a special focus on Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage and Sport Massage at the highly praised ICT Kikkawa College. After graduating with honours, she received additional training in therapeutic prenatal and post-natal massage. OsteoMed Clinic Etobicoke, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Anastasia provides specialized Manual Lymphatic drainage, compression wrapping, education and home care plan for patients suffering from primary or secondary lymphedema.

She works with patients undergoing plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures, applying MLD both pre-operatively to prepare the tissue and post-operatively to relieve discomfort and remove cellular debris resulting from the trauma of the procedure.
